PAULA E. BARANOWSKI
Paula E. Baranowski is the co-owner and Executive Director of Mindsight Consultants. Mrs. Baranowski is a graduate of the Arizona School of Polygraph Science and is a Certified Forensic Law Enforcement Examiner. Paula conducts all forms of examinations and specializes in the testing of juvenile and adult sex offenders in treatment and on probation for such offenses.
Paula Baranowski holds an Examiner’s Certificate with the State of Indiana, is a member of the National Polygraph Association (NPA), the Indiana Polygraph Association (IPA) and the American Association of Police Polygraphists (AAPP). She is a director with the Midwest Regional Polygraph Seminar (MRP) and has served as Secretary of the National Polygraph Association (NPA) for three consecutive terms. In addition, Paula Baranowski has been a member of American Society for Testing and Materials International (ASTM) Committee E-52, Forensic Psychophysiology since 1997, and served as Committee Secretary from 1998 to 2007.
Paula maintains a high level of proficiency and attends an average of 70 hours of continuing education a year in the field of forensic psychophysiology. She has testified in court as an expert witness.
